A part time student assistant is needed in the Library Systems and IT Services department.
- Provide tech support for Library faculty, staff and students via telephone, email and in person;
- Enter tech support issues into the campus helpdesk system and route issues to the appropriate staff;
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and other devices for Library faculty, staff;
- Provide hardware and software support for public workstations in Library computer labs, classrooms and elsewhere in the Library.
Pay rate: minimum: $8.50/hour
